Drupa certainly exceeded all of Prati’s expectations, thanks to the interest generated by the DIGI COMPACT, a line of digital transformation for self-adhesive labels and flexible printed packaging, presented to the public for the first time with the JetFx digital embellishment unit. In a roll-to-stack configuration, it has proven capable of combining different analog and digital technologies on a wide range of materials, from 12 to 350 microns.

Other strengths? In the completeness of the finishing processes, we remember the ergonomics (extremely compact footprint), with reduced paper passage and, with a view to environmental sustainability, reduction of waste during the set-up phase. But also the simplicity of use by the operator, with many functions managed directly autonomously by the machine.
Last but not least, flexibility. DIGI COMPACT is also a multitasking machine as it allows many types of processing (roll to roll, roll to sheet and roll to stack) all-in-one.

„Behind the entire PRATI machine – explains Daniela Binario, Communication Manager Prati – there was also the strength of the Team and the new FINISHING SPAZIALE communication campaign inspired by the planets (just as Prati in the construction of its machines has been inspired by the planets that spin endlessly) to emphasize the value of construction that lasts over time, in harmony with the other elements and with the environment.

The external communication then influenced the internal one. Starting from the awareness that the „PRATI planet“ shines also thanks to the light of the „stars“ of the TEAM, we have invited our „stars“ to share their own thoughts: this is how the Messages from the Prati Galaxy were born.
A concrete example of the transformative power of communication, which Prati expressed at Drupa by ennobling and finishing these messages, converting them into „PRATI philosophical cards“, a gadget that was successful among visitors and allowed us not to waste materials only for the demo at the fair.“
