Labelexpo Europe 2025, the beginning of a new chapter!
What determines the success of a trade show? The stand, the technological innovations, the machines, the people? Perhaps the secret ingredient, the essential thing – as the Little Prince said – is visible only to the eyes of the heart! And everyone can discern different nuances.
For our part, the investment was truly remarkable: a stand of almost 800 m2 designed not only to provide ample visibility to the eight lines (nine machines on display) at Labelexpo Europe 2025 – in total, were 12, with three SATURN units also featured at the booths of our long-standing partners: AVT, DecoSystem, and BST- but also to allow us to share the days of the trade show with our partners, suppliers, customers, and visitors.
In short, a real and effective meeting point. That’s why we want to share a comment that echoes the sentiment of the many compliments we’ve received: “The stand, the machines, and the team convey an image that truly makes a difference. We’re fully aware of the effort such an investment entails, and we greatly appreciate the message you’re promoting.”
To this, we add the word TRUST, which resonated throughout the many meetings: through the many handshakes, new agreements, smiles, and immense gratitude.

At the center of Planet Prati the energy of the Team could not be missing, involved in a new GALACTIC EXPERIENCE for our visitors.
We were inspired by this phrase: “A child, a teacher, a book and a pen can change the world.”(Malala Yousafzai).
And now we can finally say also a BOOKMARK, especially if it’s “points you a BOOK🗺️” and it’s done by a member of the PRATI team.
The machine that once again allowed us to convert the fruits of our team’s energy into splendid gadgets is our DIGI COMPACT, and we wanted it to be a surprise for both our visitors and the many partners who supported us on this trip to Barcelona.

DIGIFAST20000
With DIGIFAST20000, presented for the first time in a high-performance configuration, Prati expands its portfolio: no longer just narrow web but now also in mid-web with a solution that allows the customer to expand into new markets and finish all digitally printed jobs within the 760 mm range with thicknesses from 12 to 450 microns, both near line and offline.
This machine has been revamped in every aspect -setup, safety, and performance – boost productivity for even the most demanding and enterprising customers. This version keeps the best features of the previous model while improving rotary and semi-rotary performance.
The DIGIFAST20000 handles various materials such as flexible packaging, pouches, sleeves, labels, and cartons, with finishing processes including spot white printing, protective UV or water-based varnish, and digital embellishment. It’s ideal for the food sector.
The keyword here is DIFFERENTIATION: if the end user wants to highlight their uniqueness and stand out in the market, now they can do so through finishing – adding extra value to their products.
It represents one of the simplest and most automated solutions for the customer: in fact, the flexo unit is equipped with automatic ink setting and automatic adjustment of the printing parameters via electronic control panel.
Live job: embellishment of self-adhesive plastic labels with re-reg printing with liquid gold ink from Siegwerk and digital varnishing.

JUPITER
Presented for the first time with SEMI-ROTARY DIE-CUTTING, it’s the ideal solution for mid web print runs, saving significant time on job changes. It will be shown in 670 web width with a registered die-cutting unit, inspection, and SA turret rewinding – perfect for pet food & beverage finishing.
Modular Mid Web converting and inspecting platform, Jupiter offers maximum safety, 100% quality, and FLEXIBILITY, stopping only to remove or correct defects. It performs total inspection and finishing of labels and flexible packaging and stands out for its high speed (up to 400 m/min).
Live job: BOPP film in roll (produced and printed by Super Film) is converted into wraparound labels. The machine is equipped with a DecoSystem camera for 100% print quality inspection.
As a further example for the beverage sector, the machine has been configured for the finishing of pre-printed beer self-adhesive paper labels, integrating semi-rotary die-cutting and full-web inspection in a single pass.

VEGA+ & STAR+
Offline label production lines for logistics and retail sectors, paired with the glueless rewinder STAR+, they are highly popular among traditional companies looking to boost profit and PRODUCTIVITY.
Appreciated for their high level of automation and efficiency, at the show they will be presented in 450 web width on a new platform compliant with the EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230.
Equipped with a completely redesigned die-cutting module that can operate in both rotary and semi-rotary mode to improve performance.
Live job: the machine will run a real job, piloted not by one of our technicians but by one of our customers, TITANFORM a company in San Marino, who has had the opportunity to appreciate its many strengths in-house.

DIGIFASTone
Want to create labels that stand out?
DIGIFASTone is Prati’s answer: a converting line for fast embellishment and finishing, which at the fair worked with labels for wine & spirits sector.
Synonymous with PRECISION, it handles a wide range of materials with thicknesses from 12 to 350 microns, including self-adhesive labels, clear-on-clear, wrap-around labels, shrink sleeves, plastic films, and unsupported paper and plastic materials.
Presented in a 330 mm web width setup, equipped with UV varnishing, semi-rotary hot foiling, digital varnish/doming, semi-rotary die-cutting, and rewinding modules.
Live job: three pre-printed self-adhesive label designs were developed, enhanced with soft-touch lamination, hot foiling, and digital embellishment.

Displayed in 450 web width with a camera for 100% inspection of FMCG and personal care labels, it features VERSATILITY and RELIABILITY.
The best-selling base platform thanks to extreme modularity and the ability to customize with additional modules to meet the widest finishing needs.
For Prati, this high-speed slitter inspection rewinder represents the “mother” from which everything began and which, thanks to its versatility, offers multiple configurations.
Live job: with a very compact setup – unwinding, counting, cutting, and rewinding – for the inspection of self-adhesive labels for the wine sector, printed by Letra Graphix.
SATURN Next – It debuts at the fair for the first time with a revolutionary concept.
This intelligent control table is redefining quality control in finishing processes.

SATURN Bidi
SAFETY is the keyword for this bidirectional inspection and control line for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and security sectors.
Its bidirectional configuration ensures 100% quality control, eliminating human error. Displayed in 450 web width, it also includes inkjet heads for variable data overprinting (Ultimate Solutions), AVT camera, BST Control Line System, E-Ticket and the FASTCUT device for automatic blade positioning.
Live job: finishing clear-on-clear PP self-adhesive labels for the cosmetics and personal care sectors printed by our partner Letra Graphix, with recursive quality control inspection, back numbering, counting, accurate slitting and rewinding.
DIGI COMPACT
ERGONOMICS at its best, capable of finishing all materials (roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, roll-to-stack), increasingly in demand due to the rise of digitally printed adhesive and linerless labels. The flexo unit is designed for printing and spot varnishing. Equipped with a low energy cold UV drying system, it requires no cooling cylinders. Exhibited in 450 web width in a roll-to-stack configuration and equipped with: corona treatment, full rotary flexo station, semi-rotary die-cutting, rewinding, and stacking units.
Live job: this year, in addition to the new edition of the PRATI philosophical cards, we’ve gone one step further, converting 250 gsm thick pasteboard bookmarks that visitors have received as gadget, each with a unique – or rather, GALACTIC – message!

INNOTECH was also at the fair! We dedicated an entire area to AFTER-SALES SERVICES to showcase the benefits of the new FASTLANE platform, our fast technical support accessible 24/7 from the PRATI website for submitting requests. It allows you to open a ticket and monitor the various resolution steps in real time. It also allows for remote connection for telediagnosis and troubleshooting.
Customers who visited us greatly appreciated this opportunity, which allowed them to see firsthand how to open a ticket and how simple FASTLANE is to use, ensuring consistent data collection for quicker responses.
